Coconut Oil CAN Help You Lose Fat

Ok now coconut oil is one of my favorite products to use. Coconut oil has been shown to increase your metabolism and assist in the burning of unwanted fat. It’s a wonder food that has been around for centuries. it’s a great addition to any fat burning meal plan. Most people have a hard time believing that coconut oil is not “dangerous” or “fattening”.

We’ve been led to believe that fat, especially saturated fat causes our health problems, and weight gain. This is only half true. Hydrogenated oils and vegetable oils are bad for you. They contribute to weight gain and heart disease. The good fats are coconut oil, butter, and olive oil. Think about how healthy people were in late 1800’s and the very early 1900’s heart disease was almost unheard of then.
